The Carpets are falling apart, disgusting and smell of cat piss, all the fans squeak and seem as if they are going to fall from the ceiling the air and heat do not work in the second bedroom and the cupboards were filthy when we moved in, and that's in the "new" part. Thay are greedy and slow to reapair and michelle the manager is an unfeeling -----. Don't waste your time with Greensview.

Maybe you should have walked your apartment before doing any of the lease paperwork. That would have stoped the nightmare you had of living at Greensview. I have never lived at Greensview but I have lived in apts and there are things you can do to save yourself from things like this. Know your rights, walk your future apt BEFORE signing a lease, and call the local police dept and get a report on the community.. its FREE..!
