I thought this place was nice when I moved in, and if you move into the newer apartments, the actual apartments are fine. However the older apartments are awful and are horribly insulated so energy bills are through the roof. The supposed security gates hardly ever work, and usually the gate for those leaving their apartments are closed while the entrance gates are open so it's harder to get out of the apartment complex than to get into it which is stupid. The people in the front office are rude and condescending and just seem to want your money. The one woman who worked in the front office who was nice and helpful is not there anymore. Plus the police are there on a regular basis (including a crime scene police vehicle outside my apartment building). It's not safe and people just let their car alarms go off all day long and people yell and scream at all hours of the night. Those who manage the apartment complex just don't seem to care. Parking sucked when they redid the pavementing over and over again, because apparently the first time wasn't done right. Entire streets were blocked off so if you wanted to drive anywhere near your apartment, too bad. If this sounds good to you, move in, if not, find another place! After a year I'm glad to be out.
