My dad lived here for 10 years, and when he moved in it wasn't that bad. I moved in 2 years ago first with roommates and then by myself. I have had the experience of living in both the new and the old apartments. When I decided to stay here and move into a new one bedroom the office staff was very friendly and I got along with matience. But as time went on all the staff that was friendly and hlpful disappered. My refgriator went out on several occassions and it took me 2 months and several hundered dollars of bad groceries before I got a new one. My heat also broke at the coldest time of the year (when we were in the negatives) and the matience told me nothing was worng with it. I ahd to leave home for a week and fight with management everyday before they fixed the problem! Parking is terrible, I was told the new apartments would have assigned parking in the back, and I', still waiting for it. Management is terrible and does not care about their residents. I don't want to give a bad review but I wouldn't do it again if I had to.
