I understand that people generally log onto these review sites to complain - it's natural. This place is exceptionally bad. Look at all of the bad reviews in such a short amount of time - this place really sucks. I moved in because a nice woman in the office helped me get a lease at a very good price on very short notice. I lived at Greensview for over a year in one of their updated aparments.
The police practically live at Greensview. They are there ALL THE TIME to deal with God knows what. There are drugs being dealt in the complex and unbelievably on the property just outside the gate. Vans just sit right outside the community to make deals. When I asked the complex about it they said they would look into it.
The noise was absolutely ridiculous, but of course you can't do anything about that once you move in. I decided to move out when a driver ran into our building in the middle of the night, knocking down a brick column and a staircase. When I told management that I was leaving because of the driver, they told me that it wasn't there fault because a 16 year old girl had gotten drunk in one of the aparments and then decided to drive. There were also two shootings at this complex within two months of our departure. The management told me that they couldn't control what people did inside the complex.
Finally, I called them after they gave me my lease offer for next year - the price had gone up and I didn't want to renew for that expense. The office B**** Michelle told me not to come into the office to discuss it - I asked her if I could set up an appt. time and she said no. They were busy and she'd call me back when they had time. In the next two weeks, I called them several times and left many messages saying if they couldn't decrease my rent, I was leaving. I wanted to give notice and they needed to call me back. They didn't, and then the shootings and drunk 16 year old happened. I went into the office to tell them how ridiculous their complex was and that I wanted to leave, but they told me I had waited too long and now I had to pay 1100 per month after my lease was up.
Once we finally moved out, I returned to get my deposit. They told me that they needed to keep my entire deposit to fix the apartment, even though there was nothing wrong. They also told me they couldn't prove the apartment needed fixing because the clean-up guy's camera broke.
If you move here get EVERYTHING in writing. Better yet, don't even consider moving in.
The nice person who helped me when I moved in is gone. The remaining management was absolutely terrible. I can't stress enough what a bunch of lying theiving crooks work in that office. Everything in these reviews about terrible management is 100% true.

I've lived here for almost a year and never heard of some drunk girl hitting a building. Did you put your notice in writing when you decided you wanted to move? Unfortunately when you talk to someone it doesn't eliminate the need to follow what you signed. I found that out the hard way too and got stuck with a whole bunch of extra fees because I moved out before my lease was over at my old place. Oh, and you live in Aurora so if you are so concerned with crime get you need to move to another part of town.
