When I first moved in, everything was great! The staff was awesome! I asked the property manager upon moving in if there was alot of crime in the area, in which she assured me that they were the "safest" complex on that side of town, and they only let in well qualified buyers (which I now know violates the fair housing laws). The first couple of months were fine. I had loud neighbors, but I work long hours in the day, so it didn't bother me too bad. The people across from me were clearly crack heads constantly refering to having "A Monkey on Their Back" when I would come home from working a long day. I then started to notice that several bees were getting into my apartment. I called the leasing office on several occasions, and was told that the exterminator would be there on Tuesday. Not only bees, but there was a severe spider problem which never seemed to get fixed. I keep my house spotless, mind you. One Saturday morning at about 2:15am, i am awaken by loud baning on my door. I'll admitt, I was scared shitless. All of a sudden I hear keys rattling in my door, and a guy running in. I jump out of bed screamining, and it turns out to be a maintenence guy who had the audacity to get an attitude with me asking if there was a water leaking in my apt' I understand they have a job to do, but he had no reason to treat me the way he did after intruding into my apt at 2am. There are nothing but little thugs who live there. My car was broken into twice. Hell, I moved to Broomfield, and my insurance droped by $300 every six months! The property manager Brian obviously was picked on in high school and is a complete ----. The other office staff seemed okay. Jerome was awesome, and there was another lady that was really really nice too. If you like "ghetto living", by all means, move here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I 10000% agree with the reviews. I hate that place, I moved out giving them 2 months notice, I cleaned the carpets and made sure everything was spotless and they refuse to give me my deposit and are fighting me for $500 in fees and damages which they can't prove! The maintenence guys did the same thing to me and my sister giving us attitude and would take up to 3 weeks to "fix" things. The sewer backed up 3 TIMES and they are fighting her for damages due to the flood. When they came to "fix" the problem they ruined her towels sopping up water and then had a fan in the hall to let the carpet dry. We won't even get started on the spider problems. Loved Jerome and Corlis but the new management is NOT EVEN WORTH the time it took to write this! DON'T RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i lived there from 2004 to 2006 my husbands car was nearly stolen oct 2004, the next year the same guys followed him to the bowling alley and stole it out of the parking lot. Also in Late 2005 the neighbors were out chilling, i woke up at 2:30am to a man screaming bloody murder literally, at the top of his lungs " Help me help me man theyre killin me aahh theyre killing me" for at least 10 min. The cops came an ambulance n everything. Management said they would be evicting them because of other instances.Another instance of poor management was in spring of 2005, they had filed in court for an eviction and served the notices to the women's teenager who had never given her the notices. She worked two job, anyway greensveiw staff opened up her apartment took all of her things and put them out on the parking lot. her plasma tv everything of value was gone before they had ever come home. the way they handled that still bothers me to this day.they could have called they could have certified mailed the things not leave a message like that with a kid.
