In a nutshell, it wasn't bad when I first moved in, but that didn't last long. When new management came in, everything went down hill. I lived there for 2 years, and knew 2 managers personaly, and they left the company because the didn't want to work with the pricks anymore. When I moved out they tried sticking me with a bogus bill for the carpet which was prefectly fine. I got a bill for $1,200 for reasons they couldn't give me, pro-rated from some unknown amount. If someone can't give a papertrail of given figures and reasons, they're BS-ing you. The guy incharge wouldn't even talk to me about it, the worst customer service ever. On top of that my old roomate cought him browsing the internet looking at pictures of "scantally clothed" women in his office. He is highly unprofessional, and unwilling to work with anyone. I'll give cerdit to the regular office workers though, most are good people.

I understand that you are frustrated, but I would give it a chance and go meet the new manager. I have rented from her in the past and she is fabulous. I really enjoy working with her because she is passionate and down to earth.

The new manager is just as dumb as the rest, she and her assistant need to get their ---- together and stop telling people two different things. I think most everyone their can't communicate, 4 weeks later thier is still vomit from my upstairs neighbors drunken escapade on the steps. I have spoken to the office 4 times about this. I am not cleaning someone elses vomit up!!!!
