I was talking to one of my old landlords the other night and she told me that she is going to be starting at Greensview on Wednesday. I rented from her in the past and she is excellent. She will help you however she can, but she still follows the rules. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. If I was still a renter and did not own my house I would go rent from her, as I live in the area and went by to see the property after she told me where she was going!!!! :) The property is beautiful and I know she is very excited to get in there. I have been in the Marines for 9 years now and moved around a little, but honestly she is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable managers I have worked with.

This smells like staff. Who even has a personal relationship with their landlords? Ya, okay I'll believe you this time! Ha!

Likeable people sometimes get along outside of business relationships. I have many friends that I've met in lifes travels. Sorry that you've missed this aspect of life. Some soul searching may be in order I think.

She runs from problems and doesnt take care of business they way a manager should. And hides behind "budget" and "lack of staff." Meanwhile I am paying my rent on time and living in unsatisfactory and unhealthy conditions. This is not a popularity contest it is business.
