i lived there for 6 months from 07 to 08 and im in a year lease now. ive never had a problem with anyone who works there. i got my deposit back just fine the last time. maintence is a little slower then before but the stuff i was asking for was no big deal. rents cheaper now, otherwise its all the same. the neighbor below me is kinda a weiner, but nothin i can really do about that. a few spiders in the walkway dont bother me since they kill the mosquitos from the water trap out on the golf course. other then some of my afformentioned neighbors i really havent had any issuses. rented before, renting now, will prob rent again. maybe i dont have probs since i take better care of my place then most people. food for thought
