(user photo) only light in kitchen, reported burned out July 31, still not fixed (user photo) This is the metal piece sticking out at the top of the stairs

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I have lived here for two years and in that time I have seen the staff change several times. I have to say that the current staff is the best I have seen yet!!! They are always friendly and happy when I go into the office, they even had a holiday party for the residents in December and continue to run diffrent contests for the residents.
I feel that they don't forget about you once you sign the lease. The maintenance staff is friendly and great and responds within 1-2 business days.
I would recommend this place to my friends and family! I told a co-worker to go check them out and when she moved in I got one month free rent, I had to wait to get it but it was worth it!
