(user photo) only light in kitchen, reported burned out July 31, still not fixed (user photo) This is the metal piece sticking out at the top of the stairs

They gave me the wrong street address

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
When I moved in, the rental office gave me the wrong street address for the apartment I moved into. My moving company couldn't find me, the TV cable company couldn't find me, and my mail wasn't delivered. It took months to get everything straightened out and all they said was we're sorry. Now I've been out for over a month and haven't received my deposit refund.
