(user photo) only light in kitchen, reported burned out July 31, still not fixed (user photo) This is the metal piece sticking out at the top of the stairs

There are better places to live in Denver/Aurora for better prices. Hickory Ridge is about 45-60 minutes in traffic to downtown Denver. Maintenance is extremely slow for repairs. The cold water can be extremely HOT. The baseboard heaters have minds of their own - either baking or freezing, and are in a state of disrepair. In the steamy days of summer the window AC units do not adequately cool the living room, let alone the back bedrooms. Insects such as hornets and flies are prominent features in the deck and yard areas. My overall recommendation is to skip all the problems and the stress that coincides with living here.
