(user photo) only light in kitchen, reported burned out July 31, still not fixed (user photo) This is the metal piece sticking out at the top of the stairs

The management is incompetent. The parking for guests is minimal. You pay extra for things that are normally included in rent, such as water, trash, utilities and parking. The air conditioning is old, the boilers are old- they are constantly broken. There are always problems with the heat and hot water. The management is unresponsive and nearly impossible to get ahold of on the weekends.
I wouldn't suggest wasting good money on these apartments.
