I lived at Felony Ridge for three years, at first it wasn't so bad until Carleen the new manager came in and then it just went to crap. She was rude un profesional and she did not care about her residents. That is when I started seeing it all go to crap. It was always dirty where we were at, I was always going outside to clean because they did not do it, even after I would call them. The heaters are loud and the make so much noise that you can't even sleep. I am at a better place now and I love my new apartment. The other day I put in a work order and they came out right away and my new place even calle d me back a couple of days later to see if everything was fixed and ok. I thought that was the greatest thing. I never got that from felony ridge they suck and I am sorry I wasted so many years there and that I gave them so much money. My friends would come over to felony and say this is like living in the projects, I have never lived in the projects so I did not know it was that bad and after I heard that commment again I knew I had to get out of there. save yourself and don't move there. Oh yeah and I was there when the whole thing about the staff raping that girl, it was terrible and the guy was peeking through my windows, I am just glad he did not come into my place.
