As the new manager of Hickory Ridge, I am so honored and excited to be here. I have been in the apartment industry for over eleven years, all of which have been in the Denver metro area. I want to address some of the concerns that are listed in a couple of the attached reviews.

One of the reviews stated that "management is unconcerned with the issues of the tenants". I was not here during that time frame but I can assure you that the current manager (that will be here for a VERY long time), personally cares about the property and most of all the tenants! That brings up the comment made by another review, "they will rent to anyone who can rub two nickels together." As part of the property presentation our management office gives every prospective tenant a copy of the rental guidelines. I am very stringent in making sure that these guidelines are followed. I can't afford to have a good tenant unhappy because of their neighbor's poor behavior. I have zero tolerance towards these types of behaviors, such as loud noise. Which leads me into the next topic regarding the crime in this area. As in any metro area, crime will show its ugly head. As a management company or any management company, we can not guarantee a crime free environment. I can say that we diligently work with the local authorities and a courtesy company to help maintain as good of a living environment as we possible can. Unfortunately, this is a direct reflection of our current society. As for the maintenance concerns, anywhere you live there will be problems arise. However, even prior to my reading these reviews, I have made the comment numerous times that "I have never seen a maintenance staff so quickly and efficiently take care of work requests." In fact, I have found the entire staff to be outstanding. I believe if you were to come to Hickory Ridge Apartments and visit us, you would agree.

I absolutely feel that Hickory Ridge Apartments is a good place to call home!
