Myself and my 2 roomates lived in hickory ridge from January to July. The day we went to move into our apartment it was filthy...The kitchen counters we full of stuff from the old tenants and the carpets had all the soap in them that they didnt vaccum out when trying to clean them. Then we could not utilize our entire apartment because of pigeons on our balcony. The managment would give us the run around and then when we asked for a break on our rent because of this they refused..WE fought with them about this issure from the day we moved in to the day we moved out. While we were in the apartment they decided to redo the siding...they left nails and all sorts of other trash behind such as caulk bottles and they were ALWAYS looking into windows. When i would walk from room to room there were always workers looking in. We also had a friend come and stay with us and the first night his vehicle was broken into. And the managment was NOT concerned it was the Aurora Police Department that was. I feel as though no one worked together in the office to get situations handled. They always said it was getting handled and we would have to call back in a week to talk to them again.They make it sound like they have a state of the art gym and sauna...WHICH we never got to use to because it was always "Down" and when we did get to use it they had filled the hot tub too soon after they painted it and everyone was covered in paint. It was just a huge hassle to try and even work with ANYONE There...Needless to say idont have many nice things about our stay
