(user photo) only light in kitchen, reported burned out July 31, still not fixed (user photo) This is the metal piece sticking out at the top of the stairs

The price is cheap because the complex is not worth it.

I have now lived in Hickory Ridge Apartments for 2yrs and nothing has change or do I think they will, so we are moving at the end of our lease. There is always a problem going on with these old buildings and the response to fix them is slow. During the coldest nights we seem to be without heat. On the hottest days you have to stand in front of the cooler to feel relief. They turn off the water without notice to "fix" a pipe, all day. The area has been refered to as "Felony Ridge" because of who they allow to move in. I have had 2 residents in my building move without notice in the last 6 mo.
