(user photo) only light in kitchen, reported burned out July 31, still not fixed (user photo) This is the metal piece sticking out at the top of the stairs

My family and I have lived here for 4yrs, not by choice I assure you. In addition to crappy apts, crappy office staff and crappy grounds, we have 1,000's of ants. These are called Feral Ants. They bite you, they come out from under our bathroom mirror, on our toilet paper, on clean dishes out of the dishwasher, bed, couch, counters, you name it. We were told not to spray them because they will multiply by the 1,000's! What to do' They are now biting my grandkids. What does the office do' nothing. One person has come to our apt twice. Screw that!
Also, my son has been confronted with a gun, had his vehicle keyed, etc.
Never!move here. I warned you!
