We have been trapped here because we were forced to move in a weeks notice and these apartments seemed to be a good deal. We have been unhappy with the place since we moved in. The apartment itself is horrible. We have a two bedroom and there is no way to cool the bedrooms with the swamp cooler that is located in the living room. The heater in one bedroom was permanately on and when we tried to get it fixed the maintenance staff sent to us said he fixed the problem but did NOTHING. There is only one person who even knows what he is doing. He came to fix one problem then looked at other things in the apartment only to find out that a fan in the kitchen was put on backwards! We even had to complain to every staff member in the office for two weeks straight to have a problem fixed. They didn't even know what to do and asked us for advice on how to fix the problem. The water constantly changes from warm to freezing cold, then scolding hot when you're in the shower. Parking is horrible. If you are here later than a certain time, forget it, you're walking a distance to your apartment. The lighting is horrible. Many of the lights are out. There is only one person in the office staff who actually knows what to do and DOES stuff to help you. Other people just blow you off or don't know what they are doing. There are cops here more often than they should be. There is a high school right behind the apartments and one of the fences is torn down so everyone walks through. There have been car break ins and mailbox break ins too! There have even been people who decide to have a shooting practice. There was a plastic box with bullet holes in it in the parking lot. This place is not worth it. We are moving as soon as our lease is up.
