I do NOT recommend these apartments

So my roommate and I looked at the place, it was nice. Has a fireplace and nice vaulted ceilings. Has a balcony, the carpet was nice. It was only after we moved in that we found problems.
I had to get up for work at 7am and there were people being very loud and having parties at 3am on a weeknight. There were peoples children running around, being really loud, and even getting on top of the ports that covered the cars.
People would go around slamming doors and we could hear yelling and laughing into the wee hours of the morning. The whole apartment floor shakes when people shut their doors. You can hear everything through these walls.
The showers went from freezing to scalding every time I took a shower.
We had called maintenace 3 times about this. Plus our a/c stopped working. We specifically told them that we did not permit them to come in while we weren't there and that we had to be in the apartment when they came.
We get home one day and the a/c is running full blast and it is freezing in our apartment. They had only changed the shower heads in our apartment. This did not fix the problem!!
We put in a complaint that maintenance came in while we were not home and they left our a/c on full blast all day.
They did nothing about this.
There are two locations where the outlets don't work.
The parking lot is disgusting most of the time and there is constantly shady looking people scoping the parking lot.
Not to mention the concrete steps on the way up to the apartment were crumbling and the metal was rusty, there was a sharp piece sticking out from the top of the stairs. There were also missing wooden planks on the railing on the upper level that a child could have fallen through. Given the fact that there were small children running around wildly during the day time, I would say that's a very dangerous thing not to fix. They remained like that until 6 months later when they decided to finally replace them.
Plus the pool was closed one day in summer (there was a sign that said closed and the gates were locked) yet there were two of the ladies from the office just laying in there sunbathing and no one else could use the pool.
The office closes earlier than their office hours say, this place is just not somewhere anyone should live until they make improvements.
I am glad to be moving out, I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Sure you have people who have a bad time living everywhere, but I am not one of those people.
It takes a lot for someone like me to want to get out of here.
