I have lived here for 9 months now going on 10. I must admit this place is not the best place to live. The Staff are very rude, the maintenece people never show up when they say they are. The staff even accused me of not paying rent and sent me an eviction notice, Thank God I had the receipt!! This place is definatley a last resort. I would recommend not bringing children here to live, there are alot of immature people who are irresponsible, and do not respect their neighbors. I know one person in this building (or should I say projects) and he was robbed twice, and had to move twice. I am NOT renewing my lease, I plan to find a better more safer place. At night there are no building lights, so you can barely see where you are walking and who is around. The laundry room by the way is horrific! There are never enough washers ans dryers they are always in use, and a very dirty laundry room. I go down the street to do my laundry(they have washer/dryer plug ins however you must have a stackable washer/dryer.. will not fit side by side). If you can find another place please Go! Dont move here unless you love the ghetto life and im saying this for your best intrest.
