Stay away from this place!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
We lived here from April 2001 to September 2002. I saw the police about twice a month having to deal with the trouble with other tenants. We moved into a dirty apartment, there was even broken glass in the dishwasher. At one time they decided to have the siding repainted but failed to inform the building of when the painters would be there. So my wife had to wake up to these guys haging out in our balcony dripping paint all over and looking in. When I confronted managment on this, they just said sorry and that they thought they had put notices on the doors. NOPE! Then they painted the covered parking roofs. Two days later, (plenty of time to allow to dry) it rained and the paint dripped down on to my vehicle. Again I confronted the managment and they just said it wasnt there fault it was the painters. Funny, isnt the managment fully responsible for what goes on in the complex!! Finally we got a chance to move. And well they dont give a preinspection, they just have some bitter old man come inspect and then they charge you outrageous amounts of money for nothing. We cleaned everything and while wainting for the guy to come I didnt noticed my 1yr old daughter had played near the balcony window and left a few little finger prints, that cost $10. They also charged us $49 dollars for a $10 miniblind. Because a 2 inch piece was chipped off, which had been that way since the day we moved in, when I asked them about it they said we would have to write a letter and maybe it would be refunded. Overall this place is horrible they just want your money for the cheap apartments they have you live in.
