This place is absolutely terrible. I have lived here for two years now and it has completely gone downhill. When I first moved in I have problems with my heat. When they fixed it they left a giant stain that they refused to come clean up. Then the maintenance would just let themselves in and do God know what. I would come home to things having been moved around and I was the only other person with a key. The maintenance denied everything of course. After that I was having issues with the hot water. It took them a whole month to fix it only for it to act up again 6 months later. They just changed management and nothing got better. I have been complaining about not having enough hot water to take a whole shower, and instead of fixing it they tell me its a problem with the building and that nothing can be done. Which is illegal on so many levels. I am seriously considering pressing charges. Also about a month ago my heat wasn't working. The guy who "fixed" it managed to dump boiling water all over my kitchen floor and onto my carpet. He asked to come hold some hose for him not warning me that the water on the floor was boiling so I stepped in it and burned my foot. Then after that, they were messing with the thermostat and ripped it out of the wall so now the whole moves when I move the dial. The heat worked for about a month and then last night it stopped working again so I called them this morning. I am now on night 2 of no heat and its been snowing and 30 degrees out both nights. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING PRESSING CHARGES. I can't express that enough. DON'T MOVE HERE! Unless you don't mind cold showers and having no heat. The staff was supposed to follow up with me and the hot water situation but never did. THE FINAL STRAW: with the new management they decided to rip apart the cement cat walks with jack hammers and hammers at 8 every morning for the last month. Only to make it look worse than it did before. I can't stand this place and more than excited to be moving in a month. I still can't urge enough, DON'T MOVE HERE!
