I lived there for about a year and a half. At first it wasn't too bad but as time went on things got worse. The only kind of A/C they have in the apartments are little wall units. When we asked about it we were told that "Colorado doesn't get that hot, they won't be a problem." YEAH, in the middle of the summer the temp in our apartment was at least 90 degrees. I even had put a fan in front of the A/C unit to try and push some of the cold air to the back. My children would wake up from naps in sweat. We had reported tat a mini blind needed to be replace because it won't open. They never did get it fixed. ANother thing when we had the big snow storm. They didn't do anything to try and keep the walkways cleared or the parking lot. We even had to go and buy our own salt to put on the sidewalks because they didn't do it for a few days on 1 snow we had. The management discriminates real bad. One building will get notices mentioning things and they re enforce it on that building but not another (ex. satallite dishes). If you ask about a cerain rule and ask for them to put it in writing they won't. Covered parking is on a first come first served basis. That's ok. There isn't a lot of parking up by the office but they felt the need to take up 3 spaces for future resident parking (one which was covered) when they had 2 spaces by the office on the other side that nobody uses that could be used for future residents. They also put in 2 handicapped spaces. Again not a problem BUT they shouldn't park thier golf cart in it either. The jacuzzi never worked except maybe 2 times. The kids in the apartments would go and jump in it and break the pipes. I think that the people in the office should crack down on the parents. There are several other things that I can't think of right now.
