Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I am with a local A/C company who serviced some of their units in Dec 05' and I must say these places are a A/C nightmare. We even tried to call back to do preventative maintance on the units and was rudly denied by a ugly attitude and hung up on. After reading the comments on this page it's obvious there is a air flow problem... and they don't care to fix it.
