Yeah, it's pretty much not a good place to live. If you complain about the loud partying neighbors, it takes FOREVER for them to do anything about it if at all. I make sure I follow up with the office staff...otherwise the ball gets dropped. And now....our water bills have shot through the roof. No warning to residence that they were changing how they were billing for water. Mine went from $38 to $54 to $73 this month! What the' Don't you think that they are suppose to let the residence know of such a change' I'm checking my lease on that one.
I would NOT recommend this place. When I first moved in years ago, it was nice....but now it's gone to crap. My neighbors like to fight and scream at each other to the point of me telling them I'm calling the cops, play their music loud to where it shakes your whole apartment, I could go on and on. But don't have that much time. Keep looking.....this isn't a nice place to live
