I have read the following complaints - and I have to say that for one, remember you are getting what you pay for! No the A/C's are not great and it is far from a new community however the price is right for what you get! And they do not charge for carports. If new is what you want, find a new community and you will easily pay $200 more a month. Not to mention every place I have ever lived - old and new had noise, becasue it is apartment living, and yes cars do seldomly get stolen/broken into... so do the communities in Cherry Creek and Highlands Ranch... Colorado is ont of the worst states for vehicle breakins/thefts... I have had a good experence with the office and maintenance staff, If I call and need something it is taken care of right away. The water bills did go up, but I called Aurora Water and they did the increase and they do not have to notify you at all, unfortunetly. I would recommend this community as long as you are not expecting perfection out of a property the is over 2o years old, which by the way still looks good and the rent is great if you are on a budget!
