When I first moved in I was not given a copy of my lease like I requested. I recieved a copy 3 months after I lived there and still it was not signed by the manager. This legal agreement is not valid unless singed by the manager. When I moved out they showed me a document that I had singed for painting. If you live here for less than 2 years you will be charged $200 for paint on a 2 bedroom. My deposit was only $99 so I had to come out of pocket for that. I was told when I signed that document that I wouldn?t have to worry about the paint unless I damaged it, which I did not. That was the only thing signed by the manager. My apartment was clean when I moved and they charged me $50 light clean fee for not cleaning the celing fan. We are in rough economic times and people will get over on you any way they can, be careful. Know what you are signing and get a 2nd opnion if needed. I lived here 6 months and was told I owed over $250 when I moved out. Overall not reccomended.
