This is the worst place you could possibly live.

I lived here for 12 months and hated every minute of it. Make sure that you read your lease before you sign it. They charge you to repaint, clean carpets, and maintenance the apartment when you move out and they are not reasonable amounts. Most places waive the charges after 1 year they make you stay for 2 years. They charged me
$1500. in cleaning fees, painting, carpet cleaning, etc. and I left my apartment spotless. I had even shampooed the carpets my self. I had heard about the outragous amounts they charge. The manager when I moved in (Maria Cavazos) was a total snob. She was very rude and treated the staff there very badly. She refused to work out a payment plan with me and put this $1500 on my credit (I offered to pay half within 1 week of my move out and then $350 two weeks later and the remaining $350 two weeks after that and they refused and put it on my credit).
I tried to contact the corporate office about the problems that I had. I left message after message for Kathy Dohahue who never returned my calls. After several weeks I was told she no longer worked there and I need to speak with Tom Potben who also was rude and did not respond in a very timely manner.
I WOULD NOT EVER RENT AN APARTMENT MANAGED BY CONAM CORPORATION. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY OUT THERE!!!!!! THE MONEY YOU SAVE BY LIVING IN ONE OF THIER RAN DOWN DECREPIT PROPERTIES IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!
