With the rapid change in management, Highline Village has yet to offer excellent service to the tenants. If you reside in an apartment for multiple years, the carpet (cheaply purchased) and paint needs replaced and you basically have to move to live in a fresh clean environment. There are prarie dogs where our children play (near the canal) and it is an unsafe environment for them to play outside. Crime has increased as well as the type of tenants that have been allowed to move in there. The quality of service has gone downhill!
