Looks can be deceiving

I won't get into all of my specific reasons why I will not endorse this apartment, but I'll give an overview.
The office staff is the worse that I have ever encountered in the four different apartments that I have lived in over the past fifteen years. They have NO IDEA what they are doing even on the simplest questions and they are hardly every there. They were rude and just generally unhelpful!
The apartment condition when I move in was just plain gross. It was dirty, obviously had not been cleaned or painted and the appliances were damaged. They were told three days after move in on all of this and four months later nothing had been replaced.
Neighbors were loud and completely unfriendly. While I felt safe, there were definitely unsavory inhabitants there.
For the price of rent you could live anywhere and get the same ammenities but I'd wager infinitely nicer people. Highline doesn't offer anything extraordinary for the price, so you might as well look at the other complexes and hope for a better living environment. If you're just looking for a decent place to live, then go ahead and move there. You'll be annoyed every day, but at least you have a roof over your head.
