I have been living here a year and wished I didnt resign my lease. I can't wait to leave. Just the other day I got a notice that my rent was not recieved. I had set up bill payment with my bank. I called the office immediately and was offered no assistance other than to call my bank. I called my bank and they offered to call the office and start the search for the missing check. The leasing office was not willing to waive the late fee and there letter threatened to evict me if they dont get full payment and late fee within three days. We have been here over a year and have never been late.

I only hope that my bank can work things out with them. I expect to hear back tomorrow.

In the past year our air conditioner broke multiple times and we currently have a work order to fix the heating. Which we are waiting on.

Neighbors are noisy. Generally trashy with cigarette butts on the walkways and stairways. People's decks look like trash receptacles.

On the plus side some long overdue external painting is taking place.

I have a feeling that the office employees are not well taken care of by "their management" because you get the feeling you are just a number that writes somebody somewhere else a nice check to have fun with in Aspen.

When we first checked out the place. The original lady was personable and a joy to work with. If I was the owner I would promote her to manager.

Kitchens are real small no real counter space. Masterbedroom is large with nice walk in closet. 2ndbedroom small. Baths are small with no real counter space in either just sinks.

We came home once to our apartment that the ac was broken and it was at least 92 degrees in our apartment. I had a thermometer. It took three days before someone came out to fix it. Three miserable days. The front office was like sorry we have other work orders and the next day was like sorry we have to get another apartment ready for rent.
