Good interior layout of apartments.
Very reasonable prices.
Grounds are unappealing.
Good trails though along the Highline Canal.
Parking is usually sufficient.
Leasing hours only 9 a.m. til 6 pm, which limits their availability.
Management seems friendly. However, we did receive a new fridge only "by accident" when we lost power and our fridge stunk for weeks from raw meat & veggies.
Also, I was only notified 1/2 the time when I had a mailed package waiting at the leasing office.
Neighbors can be loud, obnoxious and even dangerous at times. In Fall 2007 there was an investigation of 2 homicides within the apartment complex. But I felt relatively safe here.

OMG i hate these apartments. weve been here for exactly a year and im ready to get out. maintenance is so slow. it took them 1 month to come and repair my dryer! we had a big hole in our attic which led to the apartment next door!! Management is rude and our neighbors are loud and obnoxious.
