Definitely not the safest place to live. My roomate had her car stereo stolen, our neighbors have been totally robbed, and I personally watched a guy flee after he jacked the maintenance man's car stereo right from under his nose. Another tenant I know had her spoiler ripped off, and I have heard stories of cars getting stolen as well. The grounds are liveable, but not modern. The fireplaces are great, woodburning, and you are allowed to grill on the patio, but the fire hazards that accompany such rights are are scary.
