In the past 2 years, I have found this property to be one of the best locations! You are close to I225, Cherry Creek Reservoir jogging/bike path, and shopping. Maintenance is great! They respond within 24 hours. The Business Office is always nice and willing to handle my concerns. I really can't understand those that have written negative issues ... possibly they don't pay the rent on time or continually break the rules ... but feel justified in doing so. Whatever, I LOVE LIVING HERE! Strongly recommended.
