It's amazing how aggressive and mean people can be when they don't need to sign their name to their cause. I work in the office and have seen how people twist and contort how they are treated when they are not given the answer they want to hear. The majority of the unhappy people have created their own issues. The office staff asks residents over and over again to let them know who is doing the injustices to them; but they refuse and say they want to stay out of the picture. That leaves nothing for management to do. Management needs documentation and witnesses; both which the resident will not provide. The problem with many people is complacency. No one wants to get involved or assist; yet they want to complain about it. The people in the office are compassionate and caring individuals.
We have addressed the laundry room/storage area issues with putting locks on the interior doors. Since that has been done, no one has commented or complained about it still being a problem.
The office staff is here to provide comfortable living accommodations to everyone. Any reasonable request is handled quickly and professionally.
There seems to be one particular person out there that keeps sending this "hate mail" and they need to get over it. This web page is not here for someone's personal vindetta. Since there is no way to "counter" their remarks, this seems to be the only way to respond. This page should be for people to voice opinions based on FACT - no emotion. The only comments I would support would be those written by someone identifying themselves. I work in the office and would support and discuss any comments made on this page. Would the other people that wrote derogatory information stand up and be accounted for like that' I doubt it.
I hope you give Kennedy Ridge the chance to show you what a great place it is to live. One person shouldn't ruin it for everyone.

OF course I'd stand up and let you know who I was/am...in fact, when I lived there (over a year ago) I did come there several times in the two years i lived there with documentation, direct incidences, names, etc - everything you are saying you didn't get! The real problem is the rude management and lack of PRIDE for this complex!! There's nothing spectacular about Kennedy Ridge -nothing you can't find at any other apartment complex, and will have a more likelyhood of the amenities actually working! I thought the office team was so incredibly rude, I eventually only dealt with one person in the office - the only decent one! The place was disgusting, dangerous, and very loud. If you support the company you are working for, more power to you! I'm sorry it offends you that there really are A LOT of dissatisfied tenants complaining on here! Even my drug dealing neighbors thought it was a --------, and were quite ticked when their car (along with mine) was broken into. The best for me is the comment made by the DPD (who I give praise to - they always came out for the problems occuring in our building, and spent endless hours chasing down a dude that the leasing office gave a key to - in spite of the fact he was NOT A RESIDENT, but he was a woman-beating drugged out drunk!). They told my roomie and I "this place is crap - and the management is ----. Do yourself a favor and get out here!" Best advice I ever took!
