This place is so crappy. Theft is rampant, cars get stolen, there are gang shootings and stabbings. Of course the shottings and stabbings only happen occasionally.
The management lets anyone in who has a pulse and the apartment hallways are full of filth and pestilence.
I get cherged late fees almost every month when rent is turned in on time.
THe maintenance has been in my apartment on several occasions with no notice.
Although there are several professionals who live within the community, it is overrun with tenants who are here illegally and speak absoluitely no english. Don?t move here!!!!
