I had a bad water leak in my apartment. I was surprised to find it taken care of very quickly. At my last complex, it would never have been taken care of. Happy with the results.

only the office staff or management would post a positive review, so this comment should not be considered when reading through. Felony Ridge used to be a descent place to live, 4 or 5 yrs ago maybe. its gone to crap now!
