I spent a lot of time looking for another apartment. I compared price, amenities and location. I found Kennedy Ridge to be the best place for the best price. Very happy.

only the office staff or management would post a positive review, so this comment should not be considered when reading through. Felony Ridge used to be a descent place to live, 4 or 5 yrs ago maybe. its gone to crap now!
