The bad neighborhood comments in other reviews is not true. Vandalism and car break-ins happen even in the best neighborhoods. For a large community the crime is very low.

I live at Kennedy Ridge and have found it to be a clean, quiet, safe community.

I have never had problems with the management or maintenance staff. They are friendly and very responsive to my needs.

Kennedy Ridge is not the newest apartments in the area, but for the price Kennedy Ridge is the Best Place In The Area!

I almost peed my pants laughing at this review! Good try - but anyone who lives there (and is not the management team) will quickly realize this is the worst place to live in, no matter how decieved they are initially!!! Thanks for making me laugh...

This is obviously fake. I just moved in 2 weeks ago and am miserable. Can't wait to move out.

only the office staff or management would post a positive review, so this comment should not be considered when reading through. Felony Ridge used to be a descent place to live, 4 or 5 yrs ago maybe. its gone to crap now!
