I was thinking that this palce was improving, but was I wrong! Again I emphasize the inability of the leasing office to weed out or do a background investigation on prospective tenants. I have nothing against Mexican-Americans, but I don't think alot of them must work, because they seem to be up all night in the parking lot listening to "that accordian music" they love so well, at full volume and they walk and talk (loudly) outside most of the night also. How many people are allowed to live in a 2 bedroom apartment' (this is not a riddle). Obviously as many as you can squeeze in without the knowledge of management. Stay away folks. Find somewhere where they do background checks and enforce "decency". By the way, I have even seen and heard some of the female tenants around my building soliciting for sex. Management, you need to step up to the plate and actually "manage".
