We left here more than 2 weeks ago (THANK GOD!!!)and owed $158.00 in pro-rted rent. These pirates sent us a bill for $286.00. Included was not only the rent, but a cleaning bill (we left it rather dirty, but in this complex it's all they understand anyway). I refuse to pay one more penny than was agreed upon, because they left a pool of stagnate water outside my apartment from where the sprinkler system backed up. and the mosquito problem was terrible and they never fixed that. The second pool never opened and the first pool (behind the leasing office was filthy). Why should anyone pay rent for things not fixed or opened as advertised' They may think they are going to intimidate me into paying these excessive charges, but I swear by GOD and Sonny Jesus, they will have to take me to court. This place is a haven for criminals and decent tenants are made to suffer because they let anyone move in who can spell their name and can come up with the first month's rent. Never have I felt so violated and ripped off as I have by these people. Don't be fooled, this place is a pit and the rent control board needs to know what kind of shenannigans go on here in the leasing office. Stay away from here.
