I remember when I lived here, there was a domestic dispute in the apartment above me. apparently both individuals left and and the guy returned and unbelieveably tosseda computer (monitor and all) off of the 3rd floor balcony. Then he took off on his crotch rocket. Thank God no one was walking by. I also lived across the hall from a young woman who had a small baby. For some reason (I was never sure why), she allowed some guy to stay there. Her husband was on a construction job out of town ans apparently she let this loser stay there because he was a friend of her babysitter. Then the fireworks began. He began physically abusing her almost on a daily basis. I actually broke one of these attacks up. This idiot would knock on my door to borrow money for food and cigarettes. I gave it to him the first time because I thought that was his wife and kid. WRONG!!!! After I found out the "arrangement" I told him to get a job. Finally he went in there with a knife and had her and her newborn trapped (in below freezing weather) on her balcony. She was screaming he was going to kill her, so I called I 911. The cops showed and carted him off to jail. I found out later he had a rap sheet longer than a giraffe's neck. He was palced under a restraining order and the last I heard he had enough outstanding warrants to send him to Canon city. My point in all of this is simply that this is what Kennedy ridge is all about. these are the people that are allowed to live there. These were not isolated incidents. This goes on 24/7 and in most cases innocent people are dragged into the fray. Don't move here. It dangerous beyond words.
