I have lived here for a year and a half, and I do not like it at all. It is so ghetto, very dirty, trashes everywhere, you can hear everything on the other side of the wall, It is good for people that are starting out and getting their own place but this isn't where you want to reside for a long period of time. Their maintenance is decent. The apartment units are runned down. There have been cops lately for some disturbance. There are people yelling in the middle of the night. Some gunshots fired not too long ago. A tenant sat his apartment on fire. It is crazy!!! You DO NOT want to live here. I am moving to somewhere safer, do so yourself.
