Extremely high crime rate, i lived there for less than 2 yrs and witnessed several domestic violence disputes, 10-15 car break-ins, my stuff was stolen out of the storage area, my car was involved in a hit and run, we had rampant ---- ROACHES, noise level out of control, and would see the Denver Police there 2 or 3 times a week. 2 reported armed roberies, and an overall trashy place to live. Please do yourself a favor and do not live there.
