I use to work at kennedy ridge apartments i was a maintenace tech. ther slogin to us is if its broke don't fix it patch it. Ive been there 8 months ive seen so many people come and go because the heat sucks the ac sucks and they always say they are going to fix it and dont, we have a lady name georga that lease's apartments you have to watch her because you will put your money down and your apartment will not be ready. then she will blame maintenace that its not ready when its her and they will not give back your money if they mess up. there is a bad roach problem that they dont want to fix if you want to live in the slums this is the place to be.
