Horrible, the music 24/7 from the cars to the drug dealers,to the trash everywhere.The management is non existant the gym is non existant as 2 out of 8 machines do not work and the ones that do will hurt you.Had to install fan motor for the a/c myself because maintance could not do it, a/c intermittent for 2 years, they lost my written notice that i was moving,moved found out that my lease was through 6/30 when they told me 2 months before it was 4/30.unless you like living w/scum stay away
