I have lived here for 2 years now. As for the negative on these apartments - yes, loud spanish music plays at all times of the day, but so does the "rattle-your-windows" mega bass rap music. The parking is horrendous because there are no assigned parking spots other than the covered shacks you can pay an additional $35 per months to park at. Some people have 4 cars per unit! I even addressed this issue to the business office because I don't feel safe having to walk across a very dimly lit parking lot to get back to my apartment. I was basically told that I can always get covered parking if I was concerned with it.

The management company has been making a lot of "improvements" to the property which has caused a lot of nucience, especially to the residents. The carpeting in the hallways of my building was ripped out to be replaced and it took them a week to lay new carpeting down. I happened to have company in from out of town during that time and I was extremely embarrassed at how ghetto it was. Also, they replaced the hot water heater in my building and gave me less than 24 hrs notice that the water was going to be shut off the next day. Basically, these improvements are being done by the lowest bidders and you get what you pay for. These people are not professional on any level. Not to mention the false advertising. The "New, Updated fitness center" has not even started to be built yet. The current one is nothing to even blink at. Oh yeah, and there is now a family of La Cucracha's living in our building (LITERALLY!) and cochroaches are not common in Colorado........

As for the positive, I do have a georgous apartment (it's a 3rd floor 700 sq ft 1 bedroom) for next to nothing. I was able to rent here when no other complex would even look at me because of something on my credit report from 7 years ago. Stacy (I don't believe she is even here any longer) was extremely nice and did everything she could to make sure that I would be able to have a place. (Which is much better than living with a roommate who is a severe drug user and dealer.) My rent has not increased the entire time I have lived here and I don't know any other complex that offers a 700 sq ft 1 bedroom this nice for under $500. (Yes, my rent really is that low.) I have never experianced any crime 1st hand since living here. The only thing that even came close was the psycho bi-polar woman that lived underneath me when I first moved in. All things considered, it's not too bad - especially compared to the ones across the street (One Dartmouth Place). I think they just need to be a little more strict about their leasing terms (only offer 6 months and up leases) and that would weed out a lot of their problems. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
