I have been here for about a year now and I have only had one issue with one of my previous neighbors. They were parking in my assigned carport and when I reported the problem to the management they corrected the problem very quickly. I have a dog that I walk when I get home (after 8:00 p.m.) and I have never felt 'threatened' with my surroundings. I hear alot of things have improved since this place got new office staff. Anytime I have a maintenance issue they respond with in 24 hrs. I live in a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings, the price for my apartment is very affordable and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live.
