I have signed a 12 months lease. I have been there for 6 months now. Well the management people are super cool when trying to make you sign the lease after that it is a nightmare. I had broken window that needed to be fixed which took them 2 months to fix, very very unsafe, too loud, and there water bill is SUPER expensive, you have to be at home no later than 6 pm to get a parking lot, lot lot lot of bugs and mosquitos where ever there is grass, construction, layout, and appliances are the oldest there is ... If I were I will look elsewhere... Take my advice.
