This place has problems completing simple maintenance requests. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing, next to you and above you.

yeah, and when your bathroom wall collapses from the weight of the mold on the inside of it, they will wear masks to rip it down and take it out of your apartment with you animals in there breathing it in.
